The Nines is looking for experienced Pastry Cooks or talented university graduates oriented on pastry function or Culinary University students to join our Culinary team. In this role, you will contribute to creating refined and elegant desserts, baking items, chocolates and ice-creams that match the standards of a modern experience.

Positions are available for permanent or seasonal employment.

Your Role

• Prepare high-end pastries, desserts, and baked items as per the Pastry Chef’s recipes and guidelines

• Follow consistency, speed, and presentation standards

• Ensure full compliance with hygiene and quality standards

• Work closely with a professional and ambitious Culinary team

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate shall have:

• Diploma or university degree in Pastry or Culinary studies (considered an advantage)

• Experience in a hotel, fine dining, or upscale bakery

• If you are currently studying or just graduated, bring your energy and passion and our experienced team will mentor and train you!

• Knowledge of HACCP requirements

• Knowledge of English language is a must

• Passion about gastronomy

• Willingness to learn and excel

• Team player

• Ability to thrive under pressure

• Attention to detail

• Pleasant and integer personality
