Here, You’ll Go Beyond Numbers

We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Support & Reception Assistant to provide essential operational and administrative support across the business. The role is primarily responsible for maintaining efficient filing and document management systems, including physical archiving, while also delivering professional reception cover and general office support when required.

This position is ideal for an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of a professional office environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Document Management

  • Organise, maintain, and archive both physical and electronic filing systems.

  • Retrieve, classify, label, and refile documents accurately and efficiently.

  • Assist with the sorting, transfer, and secure storage of records within the archive room.

  • Support teams with document management, ensuring files are accessible and maintained in accordance with company procedures.

  • Perform general administrative tasks

  • Handle confidential information and financial documentation with the highest level of discretion and accuracy.

Reception Support (as required)

  • Welcome clients, visitors, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and emails promptly and efficiently.

  • Maintain a tidy, organised, and welcoming reception area.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and package deliveries.

  • Provide reception desk coverage during breaks, leave periods, or other operational requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Good command of both Greek and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle filing boxes and archive materials as part of daily responsibilities.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to support colleagues and adapt to changing priorities.

Desirable Attributes

  • Previous experience in office support, filing, records management, archiving, or administrative roles.

  • Familiarity with financial documentation, document control processes, or regulated business environments.

  • Experience working in a professional services or corporate office environment.
