Ad Market Ltd (Adsterra)Adsterra is an online advertising company. Our main project supports and develops an international online advertising platform that is among the Top 3 in the world.
We are looking for an Office Administrator to take ownership of day-to-day office operations and help keep the workplace smooth, well organised, and comfortable. In this role, you will coordinate office processes, support local administration, and help with internal events and team experience.
What you will do
- Ensure the office is well maintained and organised daily, and proactively identify and address improvement needs (repairs, supplies, workspace enhancements)
- Coordinate cleaning staff and service providers
- Manage relationships with office vendors and contractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery of their services
- Assist with local administrative tasks and documentation
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and administrative requests from the director
- Support the organisation of office events
- Contribute to creating a positive and engaging office environment
What we are looking for
- Eligible to work in Cyprus
- Fluent English (B2-C1); knowledge of Greek and/or Russian is an advantage
- Previous experience in office administration, office management, or operations
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership
- Good communication skills
