Role Description

For over 60 years, Caramondani Engineers has led the way in electromechanical contracting, shaping some of Cyprus’s most vital infrastructure, from hospitals and airports to hotels, commercial towers, and power stations. We rely on our skilled site engineers to lead our people, solve problems, and bring complex systems to life.

Our team is recruiting to expand its fast-growing business. We are seeking highly motivated candidates to join our team of engineers.

You’ll be at the heart of our project delivery team, working closely with our engineering team on and off site, architects, technicians, and construction teams to bring mechanical systems from concept to reality.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the mechanical installation works across large-scale construction sites.
• Oversee the delivery, inspection, and commissioning of mechanical equipment and materials.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safely, on time and to spec.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and clients, ensuring alignment at every stage.
• Represent Caramondani in construction meetings and correspondence with professionalism and clarity.

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• Member of ETEK
• +10 years of experience in managing site installations, especially in complex MEP projects
• Confidence in leading site teams and be trusted to take full control of the field, from drawings to delivery
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and oral
• Organizational and leadership skills
• Superior problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a challenging and fast paced environment and meeting demanding deadlines

Additional attributes

• Experience working on large-scale commercial or public infrastructure projects
• Adept with AutoCAD or Revit, and understand how to bridge the gap between technical drawings and on-site execution
• Eager to grow into more senior leadership or project management roles over time
• Well-functioning member of a team who people enjoy working with.
