Your role

• Follow the Head Chef’s directions closely.
• Work collaboratively with the full kitchen team.
• Prepare dishes according to established guidelines.
• Prepare both hot and cold dishes with skill and creativity.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well maintained.
• Handle ordering of kitchen supplies.
• Store food items and materials correctly.
• Follow dietary guidelines and hygiene protocols at all times.
• Support with additional kitchen duties as needed.
