To Aithrion is entering an exciting new chapter. Our restaurant is housed in a spectacular landmark building dating back to the 1700s and includes a beautiful private garden.

Under new ownership, we are revitalizing our brand, launching a new menu, and expanding our operations. We are a vibrant, high-energy venue known for hosting premium private events, including weddings, baptisms, and birthday parties, as well as live music nights every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Position: Waiters / Waitresses (Servers)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service across the dining area and private garden
• Support large event catering, including weddings and baptisms
• Work effectively during busy live music nights

Requirements

• Fluency in Greek and English
• Preferably EU citizens
• High energy, strong multitasking skills, and a professional, welcoming attitude

Experience

• Previous experience in busy restaurants, taverns, or event catering is highly valued
