Corporate & Banking Administrator (Nicosia)

F.C.I LTD is looking for a Corporate Administrator to join our team in Nicosia. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting a diverse portfolio of international and local clients, ensuring corporate and banking administration is handled accurately and in line with applicable laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Use the electronic system of the Registrar of Companies, including preparing and submitting forms and resolutions
- Access, complete, submit, and update information in the AML system for corporate entities and individuals
- Complete filings for the UBO and Trust Public Registries
- Open and update bank accounts
- Coordinate and support annual bank reviews
- Maintain up-to-date corporate documentation with banks and financial institutions
- Handle KYC / DD procedures
- Provide administrative support, manage corporate client files, and conduct searches as needed
- Manage corporate correspondence and communicate with lawyers, clients, and staff members
