POSITION SUMMARY:
The Executive, Casino Events & Promotions will support the Casino Marketing Team in achieving its objectives by actively participating in marketing activations. This role operates within the scope of the Division and in full compliance with the Cyprus Gaming Commission’s regulatory requirements, while ensuring alignment with the overall Casino Marketing Strategy and business unit objectives.
Additionally, Executive supports the planning, coordination and execution of projects for all properties, mainly focusing on the C2 satellites casinos, to achieve objectives related to increase visitation and / or increase playing activity and time.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Planning & Execution
- Supports the Assistant Manager, Casino Events & Promotions, in developing the yearly marketing calendar.
- Support the execution and set-up of Casino Marketing activations and campaigns, for all properties in Cyprus
- Actively participate in promotions, events & tournaments as needed.
- Support in developing customer retention, reactivation, acquisition strategies, and personalized offers.
Compliance & Quality Management
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, Work Instructions, and Workflows related to marketing activations.
- Assists with Marketing Compliance and Responsible Gaming requests, documentation, records, and filing.
- Liaises with the Business Processes team, to ensure alignment with the Division’s Quality Management System (QMS) and compliance across all activities.
Communication & Collaboration
- Ensure internal communications align with marketing promotions and objectives.
- Supports Assistant Manager to works with team members and develop unique value propositions and target campaigns for key customer segments.
- Collaborate with various business units for related marketing activities.
Budget & Administrative Support
- Assists with budget tracking and documentation in accordance with approved guidelines.
- Perform any related tasks assigned, ensuring delivery of high-quality results.
- Attend weekly planning meetings and ad-hoc team meetings with the Manager, Casino Marketing.
- From time to time, management may change certain tasks based on synergies due to business requirements and operational changes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Flexible and accommodating as this may require extra hours out of working schedule
- Willing to work a 24/7 rotation schedule including night shifts, weekends and national holidays
- Must be able to work indoors and be exposed to various environments such as, but not limited to noise, dust, cigarette smoke and fragrances
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- International and Locals patrons’ contribution % to GGR
- Promotion engagement and participation
- Successful delivery of allocated events – promotions
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ related experience within a PR, Marketing, Events and Promotions role
- Minimum 2 years related experience in a casino operation or high-volume retail industry or related field, would be considered an advantage.
- Experience in organising events
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related field desirable
Skills
- Excellent command of the English and / or Greek language
- Able to influence and engage the audience
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skill
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
- Additional languages such as Arabic/ Hebrew/ Chinese, will be considered an advantage
