Atlantica Oasis is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our Front Office team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform overnight front desk operations and guest services.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during night shifts.
• Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare audit reports.
• Ensure accuracy of billing and accounting records.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain security and safety procedures during overnight hours.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Front Office, Reception, or Night Audit is preferred.
• Good knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities.
