About the Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Content Creator to create and edit short-form video content for our social media channels, while also supporting content preparation and community management.

The role combines video creation, editing, social media content preparation and online community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit short-form videos for social media
• Produce Reels, TikToks, staff videos and employer branding content
• Bring fresh ideas, follow trends and identify content opportunities
• Capture and create social-first content in the office, at events or on location
• Prepare content for social media, including captions, covers, stories and post formats
• Manage community engagement, including comments, inboxes and simple replies
• Flag important messages, enquiries or potential leads to the relevant team
• Work closely with the marketing team to increase content output and consistency

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in content creation, social media or a similar creative role
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts
• Good short-form video editing skills
• Confident using tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar AI platforms
• Creative, proactive and comfortable suggesting ideas
• Organised and able to manage multiple content pieces
• Good English communication skills; Greek is considered an advantage

Nice to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn content
• Experience with employer branding or behind-the-scenes content
• Basic photography or mobile filming skills
• Interest in AI tools for content creation and editing
