Senior Corporate Administrator
Philippou Law FirmPhilippou Law Firm, a well-established law firm based in Paphos, is seeking to recruit a Senior Corporate Administrator to join its Corporate Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling corporate administration matters for Cyprus companies and will work closely with lawyers, clients, accountants, auditors, banks and public authorities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate’s duties will include, among others:
- Incorporation and administration of Cyprus private limited liability companies;
- Preparation and filing of corporate documents, forms and applications with the Registrar of Companies;
- Maintenance and updating of statutory records, registers and corporate files;
- Preparation of board resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, share transfer documents and other corporate documents;
- Handling UBO registrations, updates and related compliance matters;
- Coordinating KYC / AML documentation and client onboarding procedures;
- Liaising directly with clients, banks, accountants, auditors, public authorities and the Registrar of Companies;
- Assisting with local and international bank account opening procedures and related compliance requirements;
- Handling annual company maintenance matters and corporate secretarial tasks;
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely completion of corporate filings and compliance obligations;
- Supporting lawyers in corporate transactions, restructurings, share transfers and general corporate matters;
- Providing guidance and support to junior members of the Corporate Department, where required.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate administration;
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus company law procedures and Registrar of Companies filings;
- Previous experience in a law firm, fiduciary service provider, corporate service provider or accounting firm will be considered an advantage;
- Ability to handle corporate files independently;
- Experience in preparing corporate documents, resolutions, minutes, forms and applications;
- Good understanding of KYC / AML procedures;
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken;
- Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
