Position Overview

The Pool Attendant will keep the area of outdoor pool and beach clean and tidy, up to the hotel’s standards.

Key responsibilities

· Keep clean the beach and pool area, keep sunbeds and umbrellas in order.

· Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency.

· Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility.

· Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures.

· Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications.

Requirements

· High school graduate or equivalent.

· 1+ years’ prior experience as Pool Attendant or customer service-related field.

· Excellent Knowledge of English Language (Greek & Russian Language is a plus).

· Physical mobility and stamina required.

· Excellent Communication Skills.

· Able to work in an outside environment.

· Qualified with first aid certificate (Lifeguard certificate is a plus).

· Pleasant Personality.
