Knot Culture Haircare is a fast-growing beauty brand based in Cyprus. Since opening in January 2025, we have exceeded expectations in growth and brand positioning. As we continue to expand, we are entering a new phase focused on strengthening our administrative and operational support systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow with the brand. The people we hire today will have the opportunity to develop into key roles as the business continues to expand.

Role: Administrative Assistant

This is an office-based, part time position in Limassol.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and office support tasks
  • Handle email correspondence and internal communications
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and company documentation
  • Perform data entry and update business databases
  • Support appointment scheduling and calendar management
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documents
  • Assist with inventory tracking and stock record updates
  • Coordinate communication between management, salon staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and administrative paperwork
  • Organize office supplies and maintain an efficient office environment
  • Support management with day-to-day operational and administrative requirements

Required Skills and Qualities

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Greek
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and spreadsheets
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Professional attitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality

Preferred

  • Previous experience in administration, office support, customer service, or retail
  • Experience working in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry
  • Familiarity with inventory tracking and administrative reporting
  • Knowledge of appointment booking systems
