Position: Bellman / Valet Attendant

Duties & Responsibilities

Bellman duties:

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving the property.
• Inform guests about property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 23kg without assistance.

Valet Attendant duties:

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate key and vehicle records.
• Assist guests with luggage and directions as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Keep the valet area organized and professional.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Good work ethic.
• Excellent knowledge of English language (Greek and Russian language is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Pleasant personality.
• Customer-centric approach.
