We have been providing outsource IT services and Voice over IP (VoIP) telephone since 2005. Our clientele includes international corporations across different industries, and we work on projects that require up-to-date information technology skills.

About the position

On behalf of our client, an international company in the Hospitality & Gaming Industry located in Limassol, we are looking to recruit a capable System Analyst to join their expanding team.

The System Analyst has a wide breadth of technical skills and bridges support and project needs between infrastructure, IT application development staff, and corporate IT support teams.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, IT Operations, and focuses on daily application support, new project implementation, and life cycle management of System Operations.

Primary responsibilities

• Provide and maintain L2 shared services support for complex enterprise-based systems across all properties in various geographical locations
• Build and maintain a knowledge base to guide L1 and L1.5 support staff in resolving incidents and requests as first-call resolutions
• Deliver in-house technical training for L1, L1.5 support, and other IT staff as required
• Develop in-depth knowledge of business applications and suggest improvements when necessary
• Support key project deliverables and work within defined project plan timelines
• Participate in identifying and resolving moderately complex application issues and procedures, proposing solutions to problems found
• Respond to issues, questions, and system-related requests
• Work with the system development team and attend end-user training classes and/or presentations as required
• Monitor service performance and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
• Collaborate with other Support Specialists to deliver IT systems support functions

Qualifications

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT enterprise systems or support
• Requirements analysis, meeting with business owners, and performing current-state system analysis
• Experience in implementing and supporting application systems
• Experience in a 24x7 large operations support environment is a plus

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant qualifications
• Fluency in English and Greek
