CBU is a boutique firm of Chartered Accountants, seeking to recruit a candidate for the position of Accountant in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of accounting records for various CBU clients (small/medium international businesses, various industries).
• Preparation of quarterly VAT returns, and VIES/OSS returns.
• Preparation of payroll for clients.
• General administrative duties of accounting nature.

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting & Finance, or related field (2:1 or equivalent).
• Fluency in English.
• Commitment and ambition to pursue a career in the field of accounting.

Advantages, but not prerequisites:

• ACA/ACCA qualification, or studying towards the qualification, an advantage but not required for this role.
• Knowledge of Greek, Russian, or any other European language (in addition to English) is an advantage.
• Previous related experience in an accounting department is a strong plus.
