Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, professional, and high-quality customer service through all communication channels, including in-person, telephone, and electronic means.
• Provide accurate information and guidance on the Employer’s products and services, assisting customers in selecting solutions that meet their needs.
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to the achievement of individual and store sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
• Process payments, issue invoices, verify receipts, and reconcile the cash register in accordance with Company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records by entering and updating data in the Company’s systems.
• Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Stay informed about new products, services, and relevant industry developments.
• Report customer feedback and any issues arising from customer interactions to the Supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a high standard of customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

Motivated, customer-focused individuals who enjoy helping people and achieving results, whether you’re just starting out or already experienced.

• A high school diploma or equivalent; further studies are a plus
• Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage but the right attitude, motivation, and willingness to learn matter most
• A natural ability to communicate, build trust, and create positive customer experiences
• Confidence in working towards sales and service targets with a results-oriented mindset
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar systems)
• Fluency in Greek is required, with proficiency in English (spoken and written)
