As a Restaurant Supervisor - Outlet, you will support the Restaurant Manager and play a key role in the F&B team, enhancing the memorable dining experiences that Kanika guests cherish. By maintaining high standards of quality and service, you will ensure guests enjoy every meal, with your efforts recognized and rewarded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the pre-opening team and manage staff performance, providing feedback
• Address customer complaints, assist in various restaurant areas, and ensure compliance with operating procedures
• Guide station leaders, head hostess, buffet keepers, and dispense bar staff
• Help guests as they leave and oversee waiters schedules and breaks
• Maintain health and safety standards and monitor stock levels for reordering

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School or Technical School Leaving Certificate
• Proficient in English
• Courteous with a positive attitude toward customer service
• Strong communicator with a friendly demeanour
• EU citizen or an EU work permit holder
