Purpose of Role

Due to continued growth, Philippou Law Firm is looking for a motivated and professional Front Office Administrator to join our team. This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to become part of a fast-growing, client-focused law firm with a strong international presence.

In this role, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office and provide a welcoming, high-quality experience for clients and visitors. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a genuine interest in client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients, visitors, and business partners as the first point of contact, maintaining a professional and friendly reception environment
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries in a courteous and efficient way
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room schedules
  • Support daily office administration and help keep front office operations running smoothly
  • Assist internal teams with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Maintain office records, filing systems, and correspondence accurately and confidentially
  • Liaise with clients and external service providers as needed
  • Ensure meeting rooms and reception areas are kept to a high professional standard
  • Provide general administrative support to management and legal teams when required
Requirements
  • Fluency in Greek and English (essential)
  • Previous experience in reception, front office, customer service, or administration is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Training will be provided to the successful candidate
