Due to continued growth, Philippou Law Firm is looking for a motivated and professional Front Office Administrator to join our team. This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to become part of a fast-growing, client-focused law firm with a strong international presence.
In this role, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office and provide a welcoming, high-quality experience for clients and visitors. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a genuine interest in client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and business partners as the first point of contact, maintaining a professional and friendly reception environment
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries in a courteous and efficient way
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room schedules
- Support daily office administration and help keep front office operations running smoothly
- Assist internal teams with administrative and organizational tasks
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and correspondence accurately and confidentially
- Liaise with clients and external service providers as needed
- Ensure meeting rooms and reception areas are kept to a high professional standard
- Provide general administrative support to management and legal teams when required
Requirements
- Fluency in Greek and English (essential)
- Previous experience in reception, front office, customer service, or administration is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Training will be provided to the successful candidate
