Good housekeeping is vital for ensuring guests at Kanika Hotels & Resorts feel comfortable. If you have the experience and personality to assist the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining a clean and inviting environment, consider the Housekeeping Supervisor position.

In this role, you will lead your team and collaborate with other departments to provide guests with an exceptional holiday experience in Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise cleaners and maids to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet hotel cleaning standards
• Coordinate with Reception, Maintenance, and the Linen Room to prepare guest rooms on time for arrivals
• Ensure housekeeping equipment is well-maintained and functioning properly
• Assist with stocktaking
• Support the Executive Housekeeper as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma from a Hotel & Catering School
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel
• Proficient in Greek and English
• Basic computer skills
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
