About the Role

J.L. Motorace Ltd is looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of daily warehouse operations and lead the team to consistently high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Order fulfilment and dispatch: Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time. Coordinate shipments with courier partners and resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Returns management: Oversee product returns and condition assessments in line with company procedures.
• Goods receiving and stock control: Manage goods receiving, labelling, and placement. Conduct regular stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Internal stock transfers: Coordinate stock movements between stores, ensuring all transfers are documented and recorded.
• Warehouse organisation and safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse. Monitor supplies and equipment, and report maintenance needs and hazards promptly.
• Fleet oversight: Ensure company vehicles are used responsibly, kept clean, and serviced on schedule.
• Team leadership: Supervise and support warehouse staff daily. Set priorities, monitor performance, and work alongside the team during peak periods.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in warehouse management, stock control, or a similar operational role.
• Strong background in picking, packing, dispatching, and stock movement.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, barcode scanners, and warehouse documentation.
• Fluency in Greek and English is essential.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a natural leader.
• Reliable, hands-on, and accountable.

Employment Terms and Benefits

• 13th Salary: Paid every December.
• Annual Leave: 20 working days, including the company-wide 2-week August shutdown.
