VIVA Fitness is looking for a motivated Fitness Club Manager for our branch in Limassol, who will inspire our members and team to reach their full potential with energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Your role

• Team management: Lead, motivate, and develop your team with enthusiasm, strong leadership, and excellent people management skills.

• Member service: Be the first point of contact for members by answering questions, resolving issues, and helping create a welcoming and motivating atmosphere.

• Administrative work: Organize and manage day-to-day operations, ensure smooth workflows, and maintain the high standards of our services.

• Performance management: Lead the club to financial success by meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

• Experience in leading teams, preferably in the fitness or service industries. Candidates seeking a career change are also welcome.

• High levels of initiative, determination, and strong organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire both employees and clients.

• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
