Lifeguards are responsible for the continuous protection of guests through active surveillance, accident prevention, and immediate emergency response. This role requires a high level of focus, physical readiness, and professional conduct at all times.

You will proactively identify risks, enforce safety rules, and intervene before incidents occur. You must be able to carry out water rescues, first aid, and CPR confidently, while staying calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain constant visual surveillance of assigned pools or attractions
• Identify and prevent unsafe guest behaviour
• Perform water rescues and emergency response procedures
• Enforce height, weight, and attraction safety rules
• Participate in daily briefings, drills, and rotations
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of lifeguard stations
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and guests

Requirements

• Valid Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications
• Strong swimming ability and physical fitness
• High level of concentration and discipline
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
