Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation
  • Identify and target potential customers who require cybersecurity solutions
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling
• Needs analysis and solution recommendation
  • Understand and assess customer cybersecurity needs and vulnerabilities
  • Recommend suitable IT solutions and services to address customer needs
  • Provide technical expertise and insights during the sales process
• Sales presentations
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of IT solutions and services
• Proposal development
  • Create customized proposals and quotes based on customer requirements
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals are accurate and feasible
• Negotiation and closing
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers
  • Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets
• Customer relationship management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Market research
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors
  • Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and product positioning
• Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts
  • Provide regular reports and updates to sales management
• Business development
  • Explore new markets in Europe (Greece, Malta, etc.)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT, Computer Science, Business, etc.)
• Proven experience in IT sales or a technical role in the IT industry
• Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team
• Results-oriented and target-driven mindset
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving approach
• Fluent in Greek and English is essential
