As a CRM Account Manager, you will primarily be responsible for creating monthly promotion plans and marketing campaigns for Online Bingo product offerings. Our client is seeking applicants who possess a high technical aptitude and data-driven approach, with strong knowledge of MS Excel. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written English, and any familiarity with Online Bingo will be considered a significant advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Creating monthly promotion plans and marketing campaigns.
• Analysing and reporting on campaigns results.
• Optimizing campaigns.
• Working closely with the content and design teams to create the best campaigns for various communication channels including Email, SMS, Web Push, Pop Up’s etc…
• Updating website information.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• High technical aptitude and data-driven approach.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Proficient in English .
• Multitasking capabilities.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL.
• Familiarity with Online Bingo will be considered a significant advantage.
• Able to work freely in Cyprus (No Work Permits).
