Responsibilities

• Support the licensing process for entities within and outside the Group.
• Contribute to the implementation and execution of the Compliance Monitoring Program, including conducting compliance reviews and controls across group entities.
• Draft, review, and update internal policies, procedures, manuals, and agreements, and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Track regulatory developments and ensure timely adoption of necessary changes.
• Develop and deliver compliance and AML training to employees, maintaining accurate training records.
• Provide support and guidance on AML-related matters, including preparing relevant documentation and maintaining AML logs.
• Review and approve marketing materials from a compliance perspective, ensuring proper record-keeping.
• Assist in handling client complaints, ensuring accurate documentation and maintenance of complaint records.
• Work closely with senior management and the Group Compliance Oversight function.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and undertake additional ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and reporting obligations.
• Practical experience or familiarity with international regulatory frameworks and licensing processes, particularly across jurisdictions such as the Central Bank of Cyprus, FCA (UK), DFSA (UAE), SCA (UAE), VARA (UAE), and CIMA (Cayman Islands), is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with MiCAR is beneficial but not required.
• Prior exposure to licensing procedures with international regulatory authorities is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to meet tight deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail and strong analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• CySEC Advanced and CySEC AML certifications are an advantage.
