Responsibilities

• Oversee all marketing communications to ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Design, deliver, and maintain ongoing compliance training programs for staff.
• Develop and maintain the Compliance Monitoring Program/Plan.
• Ensure the Internal Operations Manual is regularly updated and effectively implemented.
• Establish and enforce policies and procedures to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.
• Ensure adherence to Client Acceptance Policy and due diligence requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AML and KYC frameworks across the organization.
• Embed regulatory requirements into day-to-day business operations.
• Investigate and resolve client matters relating to trade execution, fund transfers, and account documentation.
• Identify gaps or weaknesses in AML controls and escalate findings to Senior Management and the Board of Directors as required.
• Fulfil regulatory reporting obligations to CySEC through TRS and the CySEC Portal.
• Manage and respond to inquiries from CySEC and MOKAS.
• Oversee compliance checks on withdrawal requests in coordination with the Head of Back Office.
• Participate in relevant training, seminars, and professional development activities related to AML and counter-terrorist financing.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in a senior compliance role within the forex or fintech industry
• University Degree
• CySEC Advance Certificate
• Ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Strong level of integrity
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal skills
