Columbia Hotels & Resorts Ltd is seeking to recruit a Reservations Officer for its Columbia Beach Resort 5* in Pissouri - Limassol.

You will be the first point of contact for guests planning their stay. The Reservations Officer handles booking requests, provides accurate information about rooms and resort services, and ensures all reservations are processed efficiently. The role also supports revenue generation through upselling and works closely with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience before arrival.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
• Verbal and written fluency in English and Greek language. Knowledge of a 3rd language will be considered as an advantage.
• Dynamic and pleasant personality.
• Team player with the ability to work within a multifunctional environment.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Autonomous in carrying out his / her work.
• Responsible and self-organized.
• Excellent communications skills.
