Your Role

As part of the kitchen team, you will:

• Follow the Head Chef's directions closely.
• Work collaboratively with the full kitchen team.
• Prepare dishes in line with established guidelines.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well maintained.
• Prepare both hot and cold dishes with care and consistency.
• Handle ordering of kitchen supplies.
• Store food items and materials correctly.
• Follow dietary guidelines and hygiene protocols at all times.
• Support the kitchen with additional duties as needed.
