Marketing Manager, Paphos – MM/04/26

Our client, a real estate group, is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute its marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives, managing campaigns, and enhancing the Company’s brand presence across all channels.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate exhibitions and events, including bookings and preparation of marketing materials
• Identify and evaluate advertising and marketing opportunities to strengthen brand positioning
• Design and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and social media content
• Manage and organise promotional materials to support sales and marketing activities
• Develop creative briefs and guide the execution of advertising and public-facing communications across print, digital, and video channels
• Present marketing ideas, strategies, and campaign results to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management
• Ensure adequate availability and management of promotional materials for the sales team
• Update marketing materials (digital and print) based on market trends and industry developments
• Create and oversee newsletters and communications for clients and business associates

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategy and execution
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Results-driven with strong organisational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Previous experience in the real estate industry will be considered an advantage
