The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to lead our growth in Cyprus. This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and delivering real value to clients.

Your Role

• Drive new business and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Identify and develop opportunities across industries (construction, HVAC, facilities management, etc.)
• Deliver product presentations and prepare tailored proposals
• Manage the full sales cycle (lead to demo to close)
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers
• Work with internal teams to support smooth onboarding
• Represent the company at events, networking opportunities, and conferences

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B sales (software, SaaS, or IT preferred)
• Strong track record of achieving targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, results-oriented mindset
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Cyprus
