Role Summary

We are seeking a highly disciplined, data-driven Treasury & Payment Master to own the end-to-end execution of global payments across SWIFT, SEPA, and Crypto rails. This role is not strategic treasury alone—it is about flawless, secure, and confidential execution. The ideal person is a team player who operates with military precision, ensures 100% accuracy, and protects the company’s liquidity and reputation. 5+ years’ experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Multi-Rail Payment Execution

• Initiate, approve, and settle fiat payments via SWIFT (cross-border) and SEPA (EU/EEA) with strict adherence to cut-off times.
• Execute Crypto payments (on-chain and off-chain) across multiple blockchains, including stablecoins (USDC, USDT).
• Manage wallet addresses, whitelisting, and signing protocols to prevent errors or fraud.

2. Treasury Operations Support

Monitor daily cash positions across multiple banks, exchanges, and custodians.

• Reconcile fiat and crypto ledgers with an obsessive, data-driven approach.
• Flag discrepancies immediately and collaborate with accounting/finance and Compliance to resolve.

3. Compliance & Confidentiality

• Operate with absolute discretion—never disclose wallet keys, bank account structures, or payment patterns.
• Ensure all payments comply with sanctions lists, travel rules, and internal approval matrices.
• Maintain audit-ready logs of every transaction across all three rails.

4. Process Discipline & Controls

• Follow strict dual-control and multi-signature protocols.
• Never bypass thresholds or cut-off times without documented escalation.
• Propose improvements to payment workflows based on data (e.g., cost, speed, failure rates).

5. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to align payment timing with obligations.
• Train other team members on payment execution standards (without compromising security).
• Escalate payment delays or risks proactively.

Required Qualifications

• SWIFT - Hands-on execution via banking portals or treasury systems (direct SWIFT)
• SEPA - Experience with SEPA Instant, batch files (XML), and IBAN validation
• Crypto - On-chain execution using wallets (Exchanges, Utila, Ledger), exchange withdrawals, stablecoins.
• Data - Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to reconcile large volumes quickly.
• Discipline - Zero tolerance for delays or manual errors; track record of flawless execution.
• Soft skills - Team player, low ego, high integrity, calm under pressure. Proactive, reliable, organized, and adaptable to dynamic workflows. Willing to work beyond standard hours when necessary (no clock-watching mentality) Self-learning and adaptive to new challenges, solution and problem solving.
  

Work Setup

Office-based (limited remote work).

Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Must be flexible to work longer hours when required to meet deadlines.

Preferred (but not required)

• Knowledge of payment fraud patterns (e.g., address poisoning, BEC).
• Familiarity with PSPs (e.g., Stripe, Coinbase, Binance, XBO, Crymbo, Fireblocks).
