Key Responsibilities
- Handle immigration matters, including residency permits, work permits, and citizenship applications
- Advise international clients on Cyprus immigration procedures and compliance
- Manage real estate transactions, including due diligence, contracts, and land registry procedures
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with a valid practicing license in Cyprus
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in immigration and real estate law
- Strong knowledge of the Cyprus legal and regulatory framework
- Experience working with international clients
- Excellent command of English and Greek
- Strong organizational and communication skills
