amadiso is an international company with multiple divisions, and this role sits within our marketing division - an international boutique marketing agency delivering 360° marketing support: Web Design, SEO, funnel strategy, and launch execution. Our clients are solopreneurs, start-ups, and small businesses who want a strategic partner, not a generic agency.

Why this role exists

Our founder leads strategy, positioning, and client relationships. We're hiring you to own the operational execution side of the business - so concepts ship on time, clients feel well supported, and our founder can focus on strategy and growing the agency.

What you'll own

Website & design execution

• Build and finalize client websites in WIX based on design briefings from the founder

• Resolve technical website issues including navigation, links, and domain setup

Content & social media

• Write, coordinate, and schedule LinkedIn posts for clients in their brand voice

• Maintain Instagram and content dashboards

• Pull and structure analytics data for client reporting

Funnels & automations

• Implement sign-up flows including landing pages, automations, delivery emails

• Set up, test and maintain existing funnels

Project management & client communication

• Run client project boards, manage comments, communicate next steps

• Prepare client feedback, route it to the right person

• Own Loom feedback rounds and client status updates

• Fill in reporting templates with clear, structured results

What you bring

Must-have

• Experience building websites in WIX (WordPress is a plus)

• Strong writing instincts and the ability to adapt to different brand voices

• Solid grasp of online marketing fundamentals: funnels, email automation, SEO basics

• A structured, independent way of working

• Fluent English, German is a big plus

• Based in Cyprus with valid work authorization

Nice-to-have

• Email marketing experience (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or similar)

• Fluency with AI tools and a real interest in using them to work smarter

• Prior agency experience or managing multiple clients in parallel

Compensation

Gross monthly salary: €2,500 - €3,000 for a full-time role, depending on experience and scope.
