The Client:

On behalf of our Client, a growing fintech Company, we are looking to recruit a talented and passionate game-changer to join their Strategic Operations team as Brand Strategy Operations Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be involved in, amongst others:

· Develop, implement and manage social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.

· Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

· Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages and engage with the online community.

· Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and promotions.

· Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly.

· Stay up to date with social media trends, tools and best practices.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.

· Manage social media calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.

· Track competitors and provide insights for improvement.

· Support broader marketing initiatives and campaigns when needed.

· Undertake any other tasks assigned by management which are related to his/her work.

Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:

· Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degree in in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

· Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and analytics tools.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Creative mindset with attention to detail.

· Experience with social media management tools.

· Basic knowledge of graphic design tools will be considered an advantage.

· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

· Strong organisational skills with ability to perform under pressure.

· Excellent command of the English and Greek Languages, both verbal and written.

Location: The position is for the Client's offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Remuneration: An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate based to qualifications and experience.
