The Client:

On behalf of our Client, a growing fintech Company, we are looking to recruit a talented and passionate game-changer to join their Technology team as Senior IT Networks Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be involved in, amongst others:

· Installation and configuration of computer hardware operating systems and applications.

· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

· Guiding staff or customers through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.

· Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

· Replacing parts as required.

· Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.

· Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.

· Supporting the roll-out of new applications.

· Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.

· Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.

· Testing and evaluating new technology.

· Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

· Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers.

· Undertake any other tasks assigned by management which are related to his/her work.

Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

· Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degrees in Computer Science or related disciplines.

· Minimum three (3) years of related professional experience will be considered an advantage.

· Strong software and operating systems literacy.

· Strong customer focus.

· Ability to work affectivley in a team environment.

· Ability to work well under pressure.

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong multitasking, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

· Excellent command of the Greek and English Languages, both verbal and written.

Location: The position is for the Client's offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Remuneration: An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate based to qualifications and experience.
