Seafreight Operations and Accounts Administrator

We are Freight Forwarding company looking for a candidate in the Seafreight operations department.

Role and job description

• Responsible for Day-to-day Seafreight operations (imports/exports)
• Manage of bookings/shipment with overseas agents
• Daily update of status to clients
• Preparation of quotations/pricing
• Completion of accounting related files, statement of accounts etc
• Coordination of shipping arrangements with other company departments

Qualifications and skills

• University/college graduate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, word, excel etc)
• Basic knowledge of accounting / bookkeeping

Remuneration package will be offered based on qualifications and previous experience
