Job Summary: Ararat Signature Collection is seeking passionate and skilled Spa Therapists to join our luxurious wellness team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional spa treatments that enhance relaxation and well-being, ensuring our guests receive a world-class spa experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness therapies.
• Assess guests' needs and recommend suitable treatments and wellness routines.
• Maintain a serene and hygienic spa environment, ensuring treatment rooms and equipment are impeccably clean and well-stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service, creating a relaxing and personalized experience for each guest.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new spa techniques to enhance guest experience.
• Uphold hygiene, health, and safety protocols always.

Qualifications:

• Certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or wellness center is preferred.
• Fluent in English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Passion for wellness and holistic therapies.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• May involve standing for extended periods.
• Uniform or dress code compliance required.
