Job Summary:

Ararat – The Signature Collection is seeking a skilled and passionate Beautician to join our Wellness & Recreation team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality beauty and skincare treatments while providing exceptional guest service in a relaxing and professional spa environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of beauty treatments including facials, skincare treatments, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and basic spa services.
• Assess guest skin types and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and equipment according to spa protocols.
• Ensure a welcoming and relaxing experience for all guests.
• Promote spa services and products to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and appointment schedules.
• Stay updated with new beauty trends, techniques, and products.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Aesthetics
• Register with the Cyprus Beauticians Registration Council under the Ministry of Health.
• A health certificate issued by a member of the Cyprus Medical Association.
• Applicants must have an EU passport or a valid Cyprus Yellow Slip/Work Permit.
• Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, salon, or hotel environment is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and beauty treatments.

Work Environment:

• Physically demanding role with frequent standing, bending, and hands-on work.
• Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
• Uniform or dress code compliance required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
