Job Summary:

Mare Hotels is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Mare Resorts Brand Executive Cyprus to support brand consistency and contribute to an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate will assist in the development, organization, and implementation of operational standards while working closely with department heads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organization and documentation of specifications and SOPs
• Active participation in the creation, review, and auditing of SOPs
• Support implementation of brand standards across departments
• Create and deliver training programmes related to SOPs
• Work closely with department heads to ensure compliance and consistency
• Assist in monitoring service quality and operational standards

Requirements:

• At least 1–2 years of hotel industry experience
• Very good knowledge of the English language
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow brand standards
• Ability to train and support operational teams
