We are a professional and organized restaurant environment focused on quality, consistency, and strong teamwork. This role is ideal for someone who can take responsibility for the kitchen, manage the team effectively, and maintain high culinary standards.

Working Schedule
- 6 days per week
- Flexible working hours
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a kitchen team of six
- Ensure food quality and consistency
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen organization
- Control stock and kitchen preparation
- Coordinate with management to support smooth daily operations
- Work closely with management to maintain efficient service
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership kitchen position
- Ability to organize and supervise a kitchen team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Languages: English and Greek required; Russian is a plus
- Knowledge of health and safety food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and kitchen safety procedures
- Ability to manage ingredient ordering and maintain proper stock levels while minimizing waste
