The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar position, strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of presentation and communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist clients and business associates, in a polite and professional manner

Answer, screen and direct incoming emails, phone calls and messages promptly, taking accurate notes

Schedule meetings and manage calendars, including preparation of invitations and coordination of appointments

Maintain reception and conference rooms to a high standard of organisation and presentation

Handle and distribute incoming mail and correspondence

Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning and document management

Act as a point of reference between clients, business associates and the management, ensuring that any issues are addressed in a timely manner, so that they can be solved efficiently and effectively.

Prepare letters, emails and other documents, as requested by the management.

Ensure an overall smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Requirements:

At least 3 years previous experience as a secretary, receptionist, office administrator or similar role

Excellent organisational skills
-
Very good knowledge of Ms Office (Word/Excel/Power Point)

Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (verbal & written). Russian will be considered a plus.
