EBRI Global is an innovative boat design and production company. This is an opportunity to join our growing team of 25 employees.

We are hiring a Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to support our manufacturing operations at our team location in Ayios Sylas Industrial Area, Limassol.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure components and materials based on approved Bills of Materials (BOM) for our products
• Use the ERP system to manage purchase orders, track inventory, and ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate with suppliers, including requesting quotations (RFQs), placing orders, and following up
• Organize and monitor logistics, including shipment tracking and delivery timelines
• Work closely with customs brokers to support smooth import processes and timely clearance
• Ensure deliveries arrive on time and align with production schedules
• Perform initial incoming inspection (basic QC) of delivered parts in line with engineering guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation and procurement records

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement and/or supply chain roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with ERP systems and BOM structures
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and shipments at the same time
• High attention to detail and accountability
• Fluent English

Nice to Have

• Basic technical education or background
• Experience with measuring tools or basic inspection techniques
• Understanding of mechanical or electronic components
