As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Amdocs, you will act as a strategic advisor to the business, owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top talent that supports Amdocs’ growth and transformation objectives.
What will your job look like?

Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define effective hiring strategies.

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.

Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent communities, events).

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience aligned with the Amdocs employer brand.

Use data and recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) to drive continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, diversity, equity & inclusion standards, and internal hiring policies.

Collaborate with global TA, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence on talent initiatives.

Support employer branding, campus hiring, and diversity hiring programs as needed.
All you need is...
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a global or technology-driven organization.

Proven experience hiring for technical roles (software engineering, IT, cloud, data, product, etc.) and Niche Skills.

Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills.

Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting in telecom, software, or professional services industries.

Exposure to global hiring and cross-border recruitment.

Familiarity with diversity hiring strategies and inclusive recruiting practices.

Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
