Key Responsibilities:

• Opening bank accounts for clients, including collecting all required documentation and managing communication with banks
• Registration of Cyprus companies and full corporate maintenance thereafter
• Conducting basic customer due diligence (KYC – Know Your Customer)
• Liaising with external legal advisors on corporate law matters, license renewals, and other related issues
• Corporate administration of group companies (amendments, registry maintenance, corporate procedures)

Preferred Qualifications (a plus):

• Experience working within a Family Office
• Licenses from the Cyprus Bar Association and CySEC (Advanced License)
• Experience supporting real estate or automotive transactions

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek will be an advantage
• 1–3 years of legal experience in corporate law and Cyprus legislation
• Residence in Cyprus
