bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece. We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services. At current, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Corporate Administrator/ Credit Controller to join our Finance Department.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Support KYC and due diligence requests from banks, custodians, financial institutions, corporate service providers, and law firms;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies;
  • Managing the correspondence with shareholders, directors, and management.
  • Preparation of corporate documents (ready drafts, corporate resolutions, and minutes);
  • Maintain up-to-date clients' due diligence documents;
  • Manage corporate information and documents and archive in both electronic and documentary forms.

Requirements for the position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Law, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Corporate Administrator or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek, Russian would be a strong advantage.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
