At current, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Corporate Administrator/ Credit Controller to join our Finance Department.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Support KYC and due diligence requests from banks, custodians, financial institutions, corporate service providers, and law firms;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies;
- Managing the correspondence with shareholders, directors, and management.
- Preparation of corporate documents (ready drafts, corporate resolutions, and minutes);
- Maintain up-to-date clients' due diligence documents;
- Manage corporate information and documents and archive in both electronic and documentary forms.
Requirements for the position:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Law, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Corporate Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek, Russian would be a strong advantage.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
