Almond Recruitment, on behalf of our international accounting client, is looking for a Marketing and Communications Executive to join their Nicosia office. In this role, you will support global communications and public relations, with a strong focus on building reputation, executive positioning, and consistent corporate messaging that supports profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Management

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing initiatives to promote the firm’s services.
• Ensure consistent branding across all internal and external communications.
• Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, service sheets, presentations, and credentials documents.
• Support partners and managers with proposal preparation and client pitch materials.

Digital Marketing & Content

• Manage and update the firm’s website and social media channels.
• Prepare newsletters, articles, announcements, and thought-leadership content.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and webinars.
• Monitor engagement metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance.

Events & Client Engagement

• Coordinate networking events, sponsorship activities, and internal events.
• Assist with event planning, logistics, invitations, and promotional materials.
• Support initiatives aimed at strengthening relationships with existing and potential clients.

Communications & PR

• Draft internal and external communications, including press releases and announcements.
• Assist with media relations and coordinate with external agencies where required.
• Support the development of thought leadership and technical publications.

Business Development Support

• Work closely with partners and department heads to promote service offerings.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Assist with marketing initiatives that support lead generation and client engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within professional services (audit, accounting, consulting, or legal firms).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in Greek and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and general computer literacy.
• Hands-on experience with social media management and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Creative and proactive mindset, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Salary Expectations

• €1,800 to €2,500 gross
