Digital Performance Specialist, Nicosia – DPS/03/26

Our client, is looking for a results-driven Digital Performance Specialist to plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads. In this role, you will analyze performance data, manage advertising budgets, implement tracking infrastructure, and continuously optimize campaigns to achieve key KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance-driven digital strategies aligned with client KPIs.
• Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms.
• Produce and monitor campaign performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CPL, conversion rate, and revenue growth.
• Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure (GA4, pixels, conversion APIs, Tag Manager).
• Analyse website and campaign data using Google Analytics and dashboards to generate actionable insights.
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize return on investment.
• Deliver performance reports with strategic recommendations for scaling and optimization.
• Continuously identify new growth opportunities and platform innovations.

Skills Required

• 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Strong understanding of paid media algorithms and bidding strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Profound knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and GA4 within Google Analytics.
• Experience with audience segmentation, funnel architecture, and full-funnel performance strategy.
• understanding of budget pacing, forecasting, and performance projections.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio or similar dashboard tools).
• Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles and landing page performance drivers.
• Basic technical knowledge of tagging, pixels, UTM structures, and event tracking.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and how paid & organic strategies complement each other.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek and English.
