On behalf of a leading marketing agency in Cyprus, based in Nicosia.
Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Performance Specialist to plan, manage, and optimise performance campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads and Google Ads. You will be responsible for analysing campaign performance, managing budgets, implementing tracking infrastructure, and improving results against key KPIs.
Candidate Profile
You have strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and a solid understanding of full-funnel performance marketing strategy. You are comfortable turning data into clear, actionable recommendations for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance-driven digital strategies aligned with client KPIs.
- Build, manage, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Own key performance metrics, including CPA, ROAS, CPL, conversion rate, and revenue growth.
- Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure, including GA4, pixels, conversion APIs, and Tag Manager.
- Analyse website and campaign data using Google Analytics and reporting dashboards to generate actionable insights.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximise return on investment.
- Deliver detailed performance reports with strategic recommendations for scaling and optimisation.
- Continuously identify growth opportunities and platform innovations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in an agency or fast-paced digital environment.
- Strong understanding of paid media algorithms and bidding strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Deep knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and GA4.
- Experience with audience segmentation, funnel architecture, and full-funnel performance strategy.
- Strong understanding of budget pacing, forecasting, and performance projections.
- Proficiency in reporting and data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio or similar.
- Understanding of CRO principles and landing-page performance drivers.
- Working knowledge of tagging, pixels, UTM structures, and event tracking.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and how paid and organic strategies complement each other.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek and English.
