We are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Manager Advocate to join KPMG Law, operating through Theodorides, Georgiou, Iacovou & Co LLC at KPMG Law’s offices in Limassol. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and ambitious professional who wishes to develop their career in a high-performance environment.

The Opportunity:

• Assisting with M&A transactions and the structuring of corporate finance arrangements and of company membership arrangements
• Carrying out health-checks and due diligence exercises and preparing other documents in connection with M&A activity
• Assistance with Legal Services relating to financial services regulation, including legal reviews, drafting of documentation and carrying out specialized due diligences
• Generally preparing corporate documents and agreements as part of our global compliance offering
• Liaising with regulatory authorities

The Requirements:

• University degree with a grade 2:1 or equivalent in Law
• Registered member of the Bar Association
• 5-6 years of working experience in Business, Corporate, or Commercial law
• Very good working knowledge of the Cyprus Corporate Law, Contract Law and Financial Law Regulations
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
